This is the only over the counter medication I can take that will get rid of my migraines. It's pretty fast acting as well- as long as I take it when I first feel the migraine coming on it typically will get rid of it in about an hour. Highly recommended!

I suffer from chronic migraine syndrome, which means that I will get a migraine for any reason without anything causing it it just comes out of nowhere. I have name brand controlled substance prescriptions and I can't take them when I'm at work because they make me drowsy so I need something that can help with my migraines so I can still function I'm out of all the medications out there this is the only one that I trust and can take that will help get rid of my migraines the only time I will say is it's very difficult to find in most stores.

I suffer 1-2 migraines a month. If I catch it early enough this does the trick and is priced way better than the shot I have to take to get rid of the pain. Sadly when I don't catch it nothing can help but a dark space with no noise. Thank you for the pain relief when I plan accordingly!

I suffer from Migraines frequently and it's hard to take care of two little ones when you have terrible pain in your head. I never tried these before but I'm so happy I did. I suffer from migraines since I was 15, (30) and they usually drained me and incapacitated me for a day or two. With this ( I usually can spot them before they get to big) I take it as soon as I feel my normal symptoms and it's being amazing since it won't let it progress

I have used this medication since I was about 16 when I first started to get migraines. I would take two home from school and sleep in the dark and cold for a couple Hours wake up feeling refreshed. Now as an adult I take them when I know I feel one coming on. The caffeine always make me feel awesome too.

It is the only thing that truly manages my migraines when I have a breakthrough in my prescription medication, and I always carry some with me just in case. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has suffered from migraines since childhood Excedrin Migraine has become a staple in my medicine cabinet. For this to work you need to take right as you notice a migraine about to start otherwise it won't be much help.
