It's always work for me, no matter how bad the migraine and no matter how far along I've gone letting it get to a high pain level. My only drawback is I wish it would work a little bit faster providing relief. I usually take gel pills when I feel a migraine coming on because I know they will work quickly. But if it's gotten to the point where I know it's a bad migraine that day, I can trust that Excedrin Migraine will kill the pain!
