[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had to switch to prescription for my migraines but this used to be my right hand companion. It was the OTC equivalent to a lighter prescription I was given and worked just as well. The caffeine helps knocks some of the pain out and it's certainly better than nothing.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would! Nothing works in a migraine like excedrin migraine! I am not a big medicine taker and I usually will hold off if I can but if I have a huge migraine that is kicking my butt, Excedrin will fix it for me!

During one break, I thought, "I'm going to get a migraine." It hit about noon and was rough. I tried this Excedrin migraine, rested in a dark room and was pain free in 30 minutes. Win! No stomach upset, no grogginess.

As someone who suffers with migraines this is a great idea. The only downfall I see is if my migraine is still there after 6hrs I can't take anymore meds within 24hrs.

This has the same ingredients as any other Excedrin product. There is no difference in any of their products, just the label. If they are going to market for different complications, they need to change the ingredients. The same product does not work for all complications of a headache.

 My grandmother has sworn by Excedrin since before I was born .  You are sure to find a bottle in her house. No questions asked I just wish that the side effects of these medications were more widely known and more apparent in the packaging in marketing because I don't know what kind of a effects this could happen to her later In life

I have researched about this medicine and came to know that it is a pain reliever for migrane and other stuff too but I never tried this. I usually take tyelonol for headache and any other pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally works great for migraines but there has been a time or 2 that it did not work as well as needed but a majority of the time it does work wonders and kicks in pretty quickly and lasts at least a good 4 hours I would say!
