Always have this on hand . When a migraine happens this is my go to . Fast effective relief no negative side effects just fast relief.

Any time I have a migraine, I reach for this. 2 tablets and a cup of coffee, and my migraine is gone. It does the job well.

These do not help my migraines whatsoever. I take these and it's like i took baby aspirin. Has no effect :(

It's good and can make migraines go away. I usually go to sleep to help me headaches go away but Excedrin helps without having to sleep.

I use this product when I am suffering from intense migraines. It works really well but I can't take it before bed because of the caffeine.
