It also has caffeine in it so I just have to worry about drinking more water and herbal teas. Works great every single time and I always have it on me for long shifts. It doesn't clash with my other medications as well. I've been an Excedrin consumer since my first migraine headache in 2006.

I don't get headaches too often but I keep these with me just Incase because it's the only thing that will help my headache and I don't have to wait all day for it to kick in. I purchase this brand over and over again when I run out. Headaches are the worst!
