This works well for me personally. Typically helps me within 20-30 minutes of taking a dose. It doesn't upset my stomach like other medications do.

This does absolutely nothing for my headaches and migraines, but it did flare up peptic ulcers. Honestly if it helped my migraines I'd just deal with the ulcers but as is I haven't tied taking these in a really long time.
