Excedrine Migraine is the best over the counter migraine medication. I have migraines, so I keep some on hand. It's always best to take it at onset of your migraine.

This helps my migraines a lot. I get them quite often, and instead of taking multiple pills, I can take 2 and be good for a while. Without leftover pain
