Excedrin is the only pill that works if I have a severe migraine. My family and I get migraines and have tried so many different things- including taking a bunch of Advil, yet nothing would work. Excedrin is the only option for a severe migraine.

This is my go to when I have a headache coming on. It works well and it is a fast pain reliever. When a migraine kicks in And i take this and with in 15 minutes my headache begins to ease. This is the best OTC.
