The Excedrin Extra Strength Headache combines acetaminophen and aspirin to alleviate headache pain. Aspirin is an NSAID, which I typically stay away from, but it is not as bad as ibuprofen so I'll take on rare occasions that need it. This worked pretty good for my lesser stress headaches. My son who has worse headaches said it was more just okay for him.

It has no scent they are white and large size. It takes about 20 mins to have some effect. They are over the counter and pocket friendly. The package is child cap resistant.
