However, I'd say its similar product for tension headaches works better and faster for me than this did. You get a good value for your money. There is no cent whatsoever to the pills. They are very durable. My headache was gone within 10 minutes of taking Excedrin extra strength headache. It was gone pretty fast that I didn't notice when it went away. I don't get migraines but I frequently have tension headaches or sometimes headaches around my sinuses. This is 250mg of acetaminophen and 250 mg of aspirin as well as 65 mg of caffeine. The tablets are quite large but I had no problems when taken with water. You can take 2 tablets every 6 hours. I do like this product as it is very effective at reducing headaches.

For me personally, it usually works pretty quickly and will kick in, in about 30 minutes. This has been my go to for a while now and my brother and I always have this on hand. Packaging is the usual bottle for pills and is easy enough to open but not so much so that I have to worry my niece or nephew will open it.
