I have tried a whole host of other over the counter products as well and nothing was able to help me. They are easy to swallow pills and come with enough in the bottle to handle a good bunch of headaches.

I suffer from headaches when it gets close to that time of the month and also from my neck. Excedrin is a lifesaver when it comes to fast, long lasting relief! It contains 3 main ingredients that help to provide pain relief quickly and effectively. It contains acetaminophen, Aspirin, and Caffeine. You take 2 caplets every 6 hours with a full glass of water as needed for pain, but no more than 8 within a 24 hour period. As with any medicine, especially over the counter, please talk to your doctor first before taking. Overall, Excedrin is incredibly effective, fast and long lasting.
