The pills are easy to swallow, don't get stuck in my throat, have good packaging, and are a decent value for the money. They don't have a terrible taste so should be effective for picky people!

These have 250 mg acetaminophen, 250 mg aspirin, 65 caffeine. They can be used for headache, cold, arthritis, muscular aches, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. I have taken these for headaches and they work great! They provide relief almost immediately! Also, they worked terrific for menstrual cramps, and muscular aches!
