I was skeptical about caffeine as it did make me sleepy but it helped alleviate that uncomfortable headache feeling within half an hour. There is no nasty taste or scent, and the pills are very easy to ingest with a quick swig of water. The bottle is very easy to open. I've found the average effectiveness of medicine is about 4 - 6 hours. Do recommend it for quick pain relief.
