Smells like aspirin lol. Beware of the caffeine if you are sensitive! It can upset your stomach (it did mine), so just be wary. The caffeine will boost the aspirin to work faster on your pain, but don't trade one for another. THIS IS JUST ME THOUGH

The caplets are easy to swallow because they have a coating on them. I find that the mixture of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine help me quickly and let's me move on with my day.

I am assuming it was due to allergies because I had forgotten to take my Zyrtec for a few days. I was so happy I had received this from Influenster because it really helped to relieve my pain soooo much! It began to work in about 15-20 minutes. Adults are directed to take two tablets every six hours with a full glass of water. Pills were easy to swallow, no taste, medicine bottle was childproof. I usually stick with Advil, but I will definitely be purchasing more of this once I run out of it. I also plan on taking it when needed for menstrual cramps to see if it's more effective than Advil.
