[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had good experiences with other products in the Excedrin line so I expected a similar experience with the extra strength headache but this just didn't live up to my expectations. I've had two headaches since receiving this to try and my husband has had one and we reached for this each time but it didn't knock out any of the three, only dulling the pain. My recommendation is if you're already willing to splurge for Excedrin over basic generic pain relievers to go for the sinus or migraine varieties over this one.

Packaging is very nice I like the green color makes it seem more promising! so happy with this product and made sure to pack some up for when i'm out and get a headache.

Some of the active ingredients are: Acetaminophen 250 mg, Aspirin 250 mg (NSAID) and Caffeine 65 mg. Together this makes a strong pain reliever. I'd you suffer from headaches, definitely give this a try!

I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic and I had the WORST headache I've ever had in my life...the Excedrin worked quickly and really helped to decrease the pounding and splitting headache. And, the pills were very easy to swallow...even after having Anaphylaxis from the antibiotic! I'd absolutely purchase Excedrin when this bottle is gone!

I can always rely on Excedrin to ease the pain and tension and alleviate the eye ache I get with a headache as well. I will always choose Excedrin.

He usually has to sleep a lot but he tried this Excedrin and was able to function throughout the the day. It was easy to open up and easy to read the directions in the packaging. It doesn't have a nasty smell like some medications . He has already asked me to get another bottle to have in hand since they are working so well for him.
