This product does relieve some pain, but, in my experience, not all of the pain. I used it as recommended and I wasn't fully satisfied. However, I have a high tolerance for pain so I could be letting my pain get too severe before I use it.

This helps great with my cramps and any sort of pain I'm in. This is usually my go to medicine when I have an ache. Very affordable and always works within 30 minutes after use. I would have to say this is the best pain relief on the market.

Super great and fast acting. This product is affordable and works well. I was in what get like agony the first time I used this. My pain went away within 15-20 mins. I will be purchasing this product again.

Are you kidding me?! I don't take a lot of medicine and I don't get many headaches. But, I hate headaches of any kind, and when a headache comes along, this is the go to OTC product.

I have constant migraines. This product has been helpful. Of course, this doesn't make the migraine go away completely but it helps cope with the pain and discomfort. I would recommend it to those with moderate headaches.

I get headaches/migraines a lot! This is the only over the counter medicine I have going that gets rid of my headache. Just wish when I was pregnant I could of taken this instead of another brand that did not touch the headaches.

This is my go too headache relief. This product gives me full relief with my headaches. The price is a little high but if it works it's better than a pounding headache. I would highly recommend this product to others!

Excedrin is my absolute go to any time I get a headache. I have to say the majority of times I get headaches are if I have not had any caffeine and since this has caffeine it knocks out my headache right away

Excedrine Extra Strength has helped with my back and body pain caused my an injury. It worked for a few weeks but I had to get something stronger as the pain was to bad.
