This — or something like it — is really helpful for bad headaches. Especially sinus headaches that have gotten out of hand; this plus a decongestant are super helpful for me.

My go-to when I start feeling a headache starting! It usually kicks in fast enough to stop the headache before it really gets started. But if you get migraines makes sure you get the stronger one because this isn't enough to cure my migraines
