These are absolutely the best. I have been getting headaches as if recently. Never had them before but this stuff really helps! I always carry a couple of the 2 pill packets in my bag. I'd be lost without them when the pain hits!

What I love about this is, it works fast. I get headaches often and sometimes, nothing else works. But with this medicine 8. Am always relieved and usually I get the ones that contain caffeine to give me a boost for the day. Win win.

I try not to take any kind of pain medication unless I need. But excedrine will knock out a really bad headache of mine in about 2-3hrs. So the only medicine I take for headaches because it works

This is the best stuff for headaches. I get really bad ones. I have my whole life!this stuff works as quick as 15 min. I always keep some with me and I never get sick anymore from headaches. I would and do recommend to friends!!

This is a go to when I feel a bad headache coming on. The caffeine perks me up and helps me fight through it especially if I have work to do and the ibuprofen usually knocks my headache out.

I use it when I don't have Advil on hand. It works a lot better than Tylenol does, at least for me. My one problem is you can't take more than 2 at a time otherwise you'll feel nauseous.

I get bad headaches and the only thing that ever helps is excedrine. No other pain reliever helps. The tiny bit of caffeine really makes the difference. It also helps stuff joints and I need that often

These work well if you are not constantly taking pain pills. They definitely work, but I think it has more to do with a placebo effect. I would recommend them for MILD back pain or a mild headache, but I wouldn't go as far as "extra strength".
