I get fairly frequent crushing headaches, and my go-to is always Excedrine. Depending on the cause of the particular headache, Excedrine either takes the edge off or completely gets rid of the pain. It doesn't leave me feeling jittery or weird like some other medications do.

works for some things but never really gets rid of the emulating point of pain for my migraines, just kind of makes the pain slightly more bearable. However i do get bad migraines so this may work for someone with less intense migraines or headaches 

I swear by this stuff. For some reason I often wake up with headaches, so I will take 2 and see instant results. Not only that, the caffeine boost works wonders! For the amount you get, and the fact that I take them about 4 times a week, it is a good price. I'm very satisfied overall.

I find this product works consistently well, is not overly expensive, and is easy to find. One of the most appealing aspects is that it is easy to swallow compared to other pain relievers. Also, the presence of caffeine, I believe, improves its performance.

This is my go-to product for cramps or headache pain. The pain relief usually kicks in within a half hour of taking the recommended dose. I have tried other popular brands to relieve headache pain, but nothing was as effective as Excedrin. I highly recommend this medicine.

I am sufferer if silent migraines, where you lose all vision and sometimes, when pain does occur, it just shuts me down completely for the day. I started using these to combat my migraines and it works so well!! Definitely recommend taking one of these instead of ibuprofen because it specifically targets migraine pain and symptoms.

Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen do not work for me so I tried Excedrin and it is the only headache medicine I use faithfully. First choice of headache medicines for me. The price is always affordable for me because it works. I would repurchase again and again.
