I have been using Amberen for about 4 months now and not seeing much difference. I need to try another product to see if it could be the food I am eating vs the actual supplement not working. I have great eating habits, so not really understanding the issues. Just wondering if one pill vs the other (white vs red) is needed, and whether they are countering each other. Going to try Black Cohosh to see if it works better.

Bring back the estroven....who wants to take two pills a day ...when you can take one????
