I bought Vita Coco from Sam's. I use it for treating my low blood glucose levels following innsulin. The effect of Vita Coco on the blood glucose is within 10-15 minutes. This is amazing! I am going to talk with some physicians treating patients with diabetes.

This is my husband's favorite for rehydrating after mowing our grass in the Houston heat. He no longer suffers severe fatigue, and is able to rebound quickly after being totally drained by the heat. He will not drink anything else now.

Very refreshing clean taste. Not heavy. Not overly sweet. Feel good taste!.

Super delicious and refreshing. Its best to refrigirate as soon as you get home, it gets sweeter once its cold.

Sam has the best price on these waters. They taste delicious and I like that they come in small cardboard containers that are recyclable.

I did some research on the internet to find out what I could consume for severe or chronic dehydration that was caused from medications that will prescribe to be and preservatives that were in the food like sodium phosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate and it led me to coconut water and when I researched it and came up with this brand name. I drink this product three bottles one each at breakfast lunch and supper and then I went to two bottles at each meal and when I first started with one bottle at each meal I see results but I needed the increase it take to get more rehydrated silent to two bottles then I ran short before my next shipment. In so I went back to one bottle and I noticed a change but this product bottom line is working where I couldn't get rehydrated drinking water it wasn't working. This product is the only thing that I've been able to drink and it's because of the nutrients in it and I think it's mainly the source of potassium that is in the product where a lot of the minerals and vitamins for instance art from good available sources Oz minerals or vitamins and some of them are synthetic Lee made but bottom line this is the best product that I've tried and getting rehydrated and it's helping greatly. I would highly recommend this to anybody that has the situation going on that I've had and for anybody that wants a drink to rehydrate after just regular exercise that you won't find I don't believe a better product and it eats up the really high as far as coconut water but when you look at the cost and everything this was the best product bottom-line to buy and Sam's Club is where I find the best deal on this coconut water in the best brand of coconut water.

Pros: Good taste, natural ingredients. In my opinion it is a very good rehydration electrolyte drink. Cons: containers too small (11.1 oz.), not good value ($1.15 a container). May buy again, but, it costs too much.

It has a bit of added sugar. There are other brands hat taste better and are pure, no sugar added, Zico for example. But this is not bad

This was the first time we tried this brand of coconut milk. The individual sized cartons are a plus for portioning. But really you can just throw them in the fridge and they're handy for whenever you need to recharge [after exercise or heat]. I like the taste. It wasn't overly much of anything. But it was sweetened, which is slightly problematic if you have to watch your carbs and glucose. Not as much as some others, but still... sweetened.

This is not the Vita Coco I am used to and love. I thought I was getting the real thing but alas it was a pale imitation. Even the packaging was different. The genuine article comes in an almost square (approx. 9x8 see attached photo) box. Not the long box pictured in the ad. This coconut water was flat with little flavor, not the rich full flavor I was used to. Not worth the price.
