I enjoyed the small container and easy cleanup. When I purchased it it came with a spare seal. When the first seal I used got loose; I took out the spare which was also loose. If I use it, it leaks. NO ONE sells parts and if you need any you have to order and pay shipping and handling. Why can't you sell parts in stores?

I bought this a little under a year ago, and just now had issues. I called cs and they walked me through a few steps to figure out the problem. They are sending me out a new blade and everything should be good to go. Very nice, only took a few minutes and I couldn't be more happy to use my magic bullet again. Thank you!!

I the Magic bullet and thought it was great in the first month. Went to use it again and it did not process a thing. When we investigated the bottom of the spinning part of processor it was shred to white dust. The connecting part of the bottom into bullet shreds it as it's being used. After a few weeks or months it will not turn a thing. Don't waste your money on this product.

I contacted the company for a part replacement for an older version of Magic Bullet. They were gracious, helpful, and I am pleased the replacement part will be arriving soon. The product has always preformed well as advertised and expect that will continue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually use this to blend food daily for our dog who has very little teeth. He struggles with hard food and even some softer food if it is not blended. These are easy to clean and the blender is small enough to hide away.

I originally bought 2 magic bullets years ago before you got so big. I ordered them from the TV...and...am probably one of the first to have it. This is probably the best food processing item I ever bought... I still have both boxes filled with the cups the juicer, the blades and the booklet. The problem is that the bottom motor part of the sets are not working....so...now after ALL THE YEARS of loving the original magic bullet I can't. TO ANY ONE READING THIS...PLEASE GIVE ME A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER...have been looking on line for one and as yet haven't found the number. I TRULLY MISS MY MAGIC BULLET!!

I am on my third and there lays the problem I am on my third system. Then need to step up the quality more. For the basic once a day here and there smoothie it is ok… cups need to be far larger but I cook and I mean really cook. Between my wife and I; we can be using this thing between 2 and 20 times a day and it shows it's age. However if you are making just one or two smoothies a day. Go hard buy this it will last you years. As much we use ours we get about 2 - 3 years out of them normally the motor goes on us. But then need to make the blender bottoms stronger and just up the game on the power system.

I have a Ninja, that is bigger but I love my magic bullet for a quick smoothie, or to take with me on the go at hotels or camping trips. It is small, compact, and is able to get the job done as nicely as my Ninja. I love that this comes with 3 different cups to accommodate any of the things I might mix up. What a great item!!

I bought a Magic Bullet in November 2020 - it stopped working June 2021. It is hands down the worst personal blender I have had and disappointed that it couldn't last even a year. It is cheap in how it is made and assembled - just save yourself the time and buy a different brand. I will not buy a Magic Bullet or anything from this brand ever again.

This was our third Magic Bullet. We have had two previously that stopped working after a few years but we really got a lot of use out of them. We bought one a couple of months ago and after one month of using it, our magic bullet started to smoke and stopped working.
