Use daily with frozen fruit. The three locking tabs on all my cups have broken off. I need to use a pointed object to activate the switch. The rubber bushing which drives the blade disintegrates over time resulting in a dead bullet. The four rubber pads on base of unit have all disappeared. This has happened on two purchases. Magic Bullet engineers need to do a better job with material selection to improve durability. Next purchase will not be one of these.

I had the original bullet with all the original cups and blades. It worked beautifully and used it daily. It's been over 6 years and it still works. I bragged to everyone it was the best thing for smoothies, sauces .etc. Bought another for my second home UGH! I know how to to use ... but gasket burned, blades spin ....you changed a good thing. Did not last 3 months.

I've had my Magic Bullet for two years now and I use it for anything I possibly can! It's great. It's even compact enough to take to parties and make margaritas with. The only issue that I have found is that sometimes it doesn't always blend/chop up things at the top of the canister, but a bit of a shake fixes that issue. I highly recommend this product. 10/10

Fourth time I used it, was to crush ice and it totally destroyed the plastic teeth in both the base and the connector/grinder. Was great beating up raspberries and fruits which were all soft but fear it lacks strength for harder products such as ice or possibly hard nuts.

I had to replace the blade attachment piece only 3 months after buying this. It wasn't because of the blade, it was the rubber grip underneath the blade attachment as other consumers have mentioned. The blade would just spin using the rubber grip and eventually ate away at the grip that fits into a cheap plastic piece in the motor part of the blender. After replacing that, a few months later the cheap plastic piece disintegrated into white powder (as others have mentioned) and the rubber grip also eventually was eaten away by the plastic piece. The whole blender is now garbage and cannot be used. A waste considering the blade is perfectly fine and so are the plastic cups. Very disappointing.

This was a gift over 2 years ago which was occasionally used to make mostly protein shakes after workout and smoothies and some breakfast meals. The base stopped working first shortly after being bought and after very few uses. So I contacted my provider whose response was that I couldn't get the base sold separately / only. After improvising for about 8 months with an older version suddenly the blades wont spin anymore and the lid would open by the fast rotation of the base and spill the contents all over the base without even "blending" it = A MESS. It worked very well for a while until one thing went wrong and then another and God only knows whats next.

Love this little machine but I have a problem with one of the connections of the bottom of one blade...I saw that the rubber tip has a piece from it so then the connection to the base doesn't quite connect.................. QUESTION: would it be just a better buy to get the next size up? as i am on a fixed budget and it was hard to save for this one..... any help or advise would be appreciated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works super fast, push the blended up down for a quick blitz or chop or push down and twist to lock the cup down for smoothies or iced drinks. Excellent quality, lids and rim protector (if you decide to use the cup from the blender) fit securely. One cup even has a handle on it as well. Easy to clean up , dishwasher safe and small enough to just put in a cabinet for storage

I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money, it does not work well at all. It takes a very long time to blend anything. We have had it for a few months and I'm ready to throw it in the garbage. Very terrible quality I would never recommend it to anyone. Spend a little money and get something that is worth your money. Not pleased.

The gasket on my chopper blade broke and when I phoned to see about getting another one the service rep was so polite and helpful and took care of getting me not only another one but the full blade unit for free! It arrived days later. I was so impressed by the whole experience. My husband said "this is why you buy a solid name brand like Magic Bullet. For the service!"
