I bought my Magic Bullet over a year ago. It worked fine until recently, when I started noticing that it was getting more difficult to turn the cup to "pulse". It would get stuck for a few seconds then start. One fateful morning, as I was making my favorite smoothie, the motor attachment just froze. Did not turn or even move.To the point that I could not even get it off! I tried turning the power off, getting my husband to twist it off but to no avail. After 3 days of trying , I finally had to discard it! :(( Wish they made a better product!. I would love to have another one but am afraid it will be a waste of my money!

I received this product, brand new, for Christmas. I used it for the first time today to make a smoothie and it could not blend frozen mango and took much longer than the promised fifteen seconds to blend it all. Even after blending for around a minute, there were still large chunks of mango in my smoothie. It was pretty disappointing.

I got this when it came out new and paid lot of money. but then all of a sudden it stopped working, and hardly used this and I still have the attachement which never been used and tried to used the attachement it wont work either. it looks the motor went out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Magic Bullet only uses 250 watts, and has stainless steel blades. I like to make ice- cream grasshoppers. This is perfect size for me, and easy to clean too. I only need small servings, but I do wish the containers had the size listed on them.

Just terrible. Absolutely gutted. Not a cheap item and doesn't do as it says. It doesn't chop onions it mushed them. Had to throw them away. Doesn't grate cheese it just clogs up and had to throw that away . It certainly doesn't chop veg carrots etc. The only use it has really is whipping cream and making smoothies and soup. It basically blends . Well how expensive to buy when I already have a blender.

We purchased our Magic Bullet 12/1/20. We used roughly once a month since purchase, but was happy with it when using it. It died just the other day on me while blending yogurt, milk, and frozen fruit. I am disappointed in how few uses we got out of this small appliance.

Received this as a Christmas gift. Am really disappointed, It chops or pulverizes a little bit of food at the bottom. The rest stays completely unprocessed. Shaking occasionally helps a little. To get it to work at all you have to remove the container, get a spoon and stir it up, put it back together, process some more, remove container, stir it up and process some more. Wish I could get my money and shelf space back.

I am not sure when I ought it. I had a friend with one and she loved it. I bought one and didn't use for 6 months. Then decided to use it and used it about 9 times. Now it doesn't work. Something is rubbing and the base is covered in white powder. I think the plastic is grinding. So sorry I bought it. Wish I had put the money toward a better product. My magic bullet is black - not white.

We bought this 7 months ago. It worked wonderfully for about 4 months. Then, with each smoothie (made WITHOUT ice!) it got louder and louder and louder. We finally had to start putting towels around it just to avoid hearing loss. Then, the blender blade began to loosen up and is now on the verge of falling off. What a pice of junk.

Recently purchased. Terrific product. Easy to use and clean. Do have a suggestion however: Have you ever thought of adding measurement markings to the bowls So when you need a 8 ounces or some other specific amount, this would be a very helpful feature to have. Would appreciate a reply.
