Probably not. I have the powerbase of the original magic bullet. I needed new containers and decided to buy a complete new unit. The new unit isnt as poserful as the original base. The blade componets are not as effective as the ones in the original unit.

I have had the magic bullet for about a month now, I use it every morning to make a smoothie to take to work with me, and so far it's been doing an amazing job. It blends well and is very quick for its size, and best of all it's a breeze to clean. The extra components were nice too, the lid is so tight, sometimes it's hard to open, but hey I'm morning complaining. The only down side I'd say is that it is extremely loud, I mean, what blender isn't, but for a small guy it makes a lot of noise. Just don't use it when anyone's sleeping and you will love it.

My original magic bullet broke after about a year. I preserved another one because the price was so good... I did not know it was a mini version. It is small and under powered. Shake glasses are small I have to blend a long time to be sure my frozen banana is blesss properly

I bought this product mostly to make drinks with ice to eat more fruits and vegetables. It did not crush ice very well at all. You can only use up to a minute when making things with ice or they say not good for the motor. Recipe book was good but you could use a regular blender for sauces etc in my opinion.

At first I really liked the Bullet until I tried filling the very small blender cups either a bit too full or with frozen berries. It is very noisy and under powered and you need to leave plenty of dead open space in your mixing cup for it to operate correctly. The simplicity is nice though, but I wonder how long it will be until it breaks.

I have had two previous sets of the expanded versions of the magic bullet with additional tools and containers. My first one I passed on to a friend when I bought a new one with a blender like container. My second one which I had used for every meal for almost two years because of surgeries on my lower jaw, I recently gave to a friend whose husband can only swallow pureed food. She uses it all the time and welcomes all the features. So, for myself I recently bought the "original magic bullet." I am very glad I did and got it just in time as sadly I have developed more problems with my jaw. The Magic Bullet is my life saver. I am glad that it is so easy to use and so versatile.

The first Magic Bullet I had and used everyday for 5 years to make smoothies and grind spices. The motor still worked but the connector to the bottom blade wore off. Too bad they don't sell the replacement part. It is a good unit nevertheless. Easy to use and easy to clean.

I Received a 11pc Magic Bullet Just received and have not used this new one I have had one for way over 10 years. Would never be without one I ordered a new one the same day mine broke One of my favorite items in my kitchen What does the 17pc set have extra that I might need

I love this little machine. I use it nearly every day for smoothies, blending sauces, mixing dressings. It is so easy to use and it take up very little space that I leave it on my counter. I ahvaae actually bought a second one just to have a back-up.

I had one years ago and eventually it broke. I've gotten extra pieces at thrift shops and my left over pieces so I wanted a new magic bullet to use them. I also have the Nutri bullet and love both pieces.
