got this for christmas and used it to make smoothies and milkshakes. it stopped working after about 10 times.

I bought the Magic Bullet and love it. It's easy to use and doesn't take a lot of space in my kitchen.

My husband uses this every single day and loves it. Very easy to clean and use. Also, doesn't take up much storage. He has a second one for work!!

My unit was over 10 years old, so when it broke, I was concerned that it wasn't repairable/replaceable. Your customer service was a fantastic help.

i had bought this a year back... but I think i messed it up by running it for too long at a stretch.. went back a bought a new one again !

Third time the cross cut blade wore out and the rep asked me to check the base motor and that was the real problem.

It's very practical and small enough to stay on top of counter. Also easy to use, no complicated gears or gadgets to mess with. Love it.

I burnt my magic bullet out the first use trying to blend carrots. I would not recommend it to blend or juice carrots!

I have bought 2 Magic Bullet and both broke after some uses. Product is not well design. I do not recommend this brand.
