I love Magic Bullet. This is the second one that I have bought. I use it for everything grinding, mixing, etc

Loved it, used it frequently since purchasing around Christmas. Today is June 2nd and it's officially dead.

Bought this last month, used it once and the motor just stopped. I have to transfer my unfinished smoothie to my old blender.

The seal would not seal. I called to get a new one and the representative gave me a new one. Very nice and I really appreciate.

This the 2nd one in 13 years.... it lasted 10 days. Looks like they don't make them like they used to.

The gasket came off and within minutes, customer service had put in an order to send me a new blade with gasket.

love our magic bullet because the base fits on our kitchen counter much easier than the ninja or nutribullet...or any blender for that matter!

After purchasing aftermarket gaskets to replace original seal, the Bullet has performed very well.

I called because I neede repacement blades due to the rubber wearing out and the gaskets not holding in place.

I've had Magic Bullet for years and didn't want to part with it even after I purchased the NutriBullet.
