I needed to add more protein in my diet ,my dietitian recommended peanut butter as protein, I found pbfit and I decided to give it try, it's a great help for my situation, I added 2 tablespoon in my smoothie, great taste, kept me full , help balanced my blood sugar, good stuff. I’m not an individual that likes oatmeal. During a period of losing weight under a doctors watch, I came up with this recipe. I shared it with our class one day while 30-40 men/women were discussing burn out of certain foods. Many whom didn’t eat oatmeal at all. Many returned the next week with, Thanks for your recipe, I’ve got a new substantial food that I like. Hope this helps others.
