Such a delicious and nutritious way to add peanut butter flavor and protein to dishes without the fat or oil.

I like peanut butter but not all the sugar that goes with it so was glad to find this powdered peanut butter. It tastes great without all the sugar.

It may work better in Peanut Butter “only” baking like PB cookies, etc but in other recipes like waffles or pancakes it just didn’t measure up to our taste buds.
