For me it was not sweet enough so I added some honey which made it good.It was very easy to mix and will keep overnight in the fridge(maybe longer).I like that is much lower in fat and etc.

I love this item. I have used it many things like my sports drink for the gym, mixed with Greek yoghurt and honey, baked stuff, lots more. It mixes easily and disolves easily in liquids.
