Over the past year or so I've consumed a TON of these. They are a tasteful, easy to carry meal. However, it seems recently (in March '23) the recipe has changed. I can't eat them anymore. They cause my stomach to rumble and turn- perhaps there is a new fiber added in ? Not sure, I'll sadly have to stop purchasing them.

Flavor ✔️ Protein ✔️ I also REALLY like that it is a heavier bar weighing in at 60 grams and a denser, chewier bar than I am used to. I like this because it makes me feel fuller for longer. Costs a little more than my old brand, but it is worth the price difference to not feel hungry for a few hours. Helps me to stay on track

My nutritionist recommended these to me because I was looking for something that was high in protein and low in sugar. The high fiber is an added plus. They make a perfect treat after my workout. I put the chocolate chip cookie dough one in the microwave for 15 seconds on a paper towel, and it's delicious!

Chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar is simply the best. I do not like cookies and cream at all. Its a pity that I cannot buy a 14 pack of chocolate chip cookie dough. I am paying for a very expensive protein bar that I do not like, just so that I can get the ones I like.
