Neat size for giving to volunteers and wrapped so it helps with not touching the actual food

So, first box had 2 chocolate donut packs and no powdered ones. The second box I bought had the correct donuts but they had expired a week ago. AWESOME. Never buying this crap again.

These were dry and old, not to mention tasteless. We ordered online and got stuck with two boxes. They know you can't take time out to drive 60 miles to return them or try to return them by mail. Please, don't waste your money.

The Donettes arrived stale and dry. They taste terrible. From this point forward, I will purchase these in the store as what is delivered is at the product expiration date.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. When I opened the box, I noticed a strong chemical smell and one of the individual packs was missing a donette. I tried tasting one from a different pack and had to spit it out. It tasted like chemicals and was disgusting.

Shrinkflation strikes again! Hostess Donettes are a classic. You either love them or hate them, but they've been one of my favorites since childhood. Picked up a box yesterday at Sam's and as soon as I pulled one out of a pack, commented that they're smaller. I just did some research and yep, 3 of these is 43 grams as a serving vs 57 grams for 3 out of the standard 3.75 oz bag. Very misleading to think you're getting the size you're used to only to find out that they've reduced the size by 25%.

Unless you can pick these up do not order them to be shipped. Every single chocolate donut is a melted mess. The donuts show the yellow cake and all the chocolate is melted into the plastic. The powdered were great and tasted fresh. They do not add any cooler packs to the shipped items so buyer beware if you intend to have them shipped.

We ate quite a few of these Donuts but I opened one and put it in my mouth and started chewing it and immediately there was a strange taste. Removed half of it and noticed a very strong chemical smell. Unfortunately I had swallowed half of it. I am sitting here waiting to see if I am going to be as sick as a guy I have since read about after eating one with a strange odor

I'm always mindful of expiration dates. So I decided to try them after purchase I opened them up 4 days later. My 8yr old notice a weird smell and said it smell like gas and sure enough it did..so Grab the box and notice some had white mold on a couple of them open the package and they had the bad odor of gasoline. I just threw the whole box away. NEVER WILL I BUY AGAIN

Received these donuts on 10/4 date on the box for freshness was 10/2 plus the chocolate ones we're melted a little will not order online again
