To actually be able to hear it adequately I have to engage the Speaker Phone, otherwise it works great. It really needs more volume so I don't have to use the speaker phone.

Bought these to use in my Travel Agency and they are hands down the nest phones I have ever purchased. Sleek, fully loaded with key features like 'Call Block' for those pesty calls and 'Link2Cell' is great. Love them.

the phone's work great, the only problem I had was trying to figure out how to get them on wall, there were no information. Also the wire's were hard to hide behind the wall phone.

I love these phones. The call block button is worth the price of the phones. It has cut my spam calls to almost nothing. I wish I could make the speaker phone part louder though because I am hard of hearing.

Speaker function is good for those with hearing loss, although our previous phone system was louder. Easy to set up. Battery depletes rather quickly.
