Only lasted 14 months!!!!

UGH!!!! bought this April 2019, and the answering base needs to be replaced. It holds the lines open after you make a call. The only way to get the base to hang up so you can make another call is to completely unplug the unit, wait a minute and plug it back in. The call quality has always been questionable and now it's just a bigger problem. Won't be buying anymore panasonic systems.
