The 1st mixer my husband got me was the wrong color. When I opened it, the attachment cover was broken off it. So, I returned that and got another mixer. This one is noisy and does not mix well at all. Tried to adjust the blade height and such. Plus, the mixing blade is hitting the sides of the bowl. My old mixer is nothing like this. So I will be returning this one. I will not be getting a fourth one. I would not recommend this one. This is one item from Sam's club i am disappointed in.

This always leaves dry ingredients at the bottom, thus not mixing well. It doesn't matter if I'm mixing pizza dough, cookie dough or just cake batter, or even the sequence of ingredients I add into the bowl. Even after adjusting the height adjustment screw and doing the "dime test," as instructed. The beaters just sit too high and never thoroughly mix at the bottom of the bowl. Maybe this was just a defective unit. I will be returning this item, sadly.

I've been wanting one of these for a few year and one was finally in sale. I couldn't wait to try it out. I set it all up but the power wouldn't work. I clicked it a few times and it finally started spinning. When I tried to add my flour, there was no room. I clicked the lever to lower the bowl down but the bowl is so small and the paddle so big, that I couldn't pour anything in the bowl while it was attached to the mixer. So I had to unlatch the bowl,add the flour, and put it back in. It was a pain. Then when I went to mix it again, the power wouldn't come back on. When I returned it today,the lady at the front didn't seem surprised about the power issue. For a kitchen tool that is so expensive, I was unpleasantly surprised at the poor quality and mechanical issues.

I have one in white. Have owned it for 10+ years and use it almost daily. My daughter was offered my old mixer and turned it down. I purchased this one for her for Christmas and her Birthday and it appears to be a big hit with her! I love mine and would not trade it for the world.

This was a Christmas gift for my son's family. It is the 3th kitchenaid mixer I have purchased for my children as they get their own homes after using mine for more than a decade. The Sam's club price was by far better than other stores during the holiday season.

Fell apart after six uses with dough hook. Motor fully died. Buyer beware!

The attachments to this stand are lead based. You can literally see black marks from them.

Didn't even get to use it, motor/gears binding,wouldn't rotate properly.
