This is our second KitchenAid. We have another model and we love it. We bought the Professional Model as we will be opening a pie and coffee shop soon. The machine will probably be a workhorse in the kitchen, but it is substantially louder than our KitchenAid model at home. No way to know if there is a defect or if its just noisier. We don't want to knock the product, but cannot recommend until we have a little more history in the kitchen.

I read the reviews before purchasing. I feel my kitchen aid is an investment and perfect for my needs. To my non- professional delight this machine works quite well. I thought the noise level would be over powering but this is not the case for me. I think the attachments are a bonus with the 5 qt bowl just the right size. I would recommend this mixer and brand.

I always wanted a Kitchen Aide Mixer and thanks to Sam's special pricing before Black Friday I was able to purchase one. The mixer exceeded my expectations. I am enjoying mixing up holiday recipes and everyday foods as well. Thanks Sam's for making this affordable for me.

I am giving 4 stars because while I believe I received a new product one of the bowls has a dent in it, and the finish on the machine itself is missing in a spot on the bottom side, looks like a chip out of it. For such an expensive machine it should look perfect. I would have brought it back but it works great and I just didn't want to go through the hassle. I have only used it a couple of times to make cookies and whipped cream but I just loved how well it did so. Time will tell if it holds up

I have wanted a Kitchen Aid mixer for as long as I could remember. Since I started working in the kitchen for my employment, I so want to come home and make these recipes for my family. Granted the mixer I use at work is a floor mixer that comes up to my chest...HUGE! But this Professional heavy duty stand mixer is Perfect for smaller batches of the same. I have had it for a couple months now and absolutely love it; I can't wait to collect all of the attachments and be able to utilize this mixer for everything I do in the kitchen. Thank you Kitchen Aid for a quality mixer that I will use for life!

I've had Kitchenaid mixers most of my adult life and always been happy with them. I have used them in restaurants and at home and always admired the design, function and toughness. I bought this one for a second home and it is no exception. I like the soft start to keep the flour in the bowl and it has high quality attachments. I've tried other brand stand mixers that never seemed to stand up to the workload.

My wife loves this mixer. She doesn't know how she managed so many years without it. Her Italian Cream Cake has won the Blue Ribbon at our county fair. She likes the 2 bowls which are the perfect sizes. We bought it on sale at Sams and there is NO buyers remorse.

This is my first stand mixer so nothing to compare it with, but I'm so excited to have one. Kitchen-aid has a reputation of being the best and I'm not disappointed. I love the color “Red” and it looks great on my countertop! I've made my favorite Sweet Potato Pie, and Soufflé with Pecan Strudel topping with ease. The extra utensils was a bonus and I use them all! Thanks Sam's Club, not to mention the awesome sale price!! Looking forward to the holiday cooking this year. No, I'm not a baker by no means.. but I'm open to trying all the Instagram recipes using my new Kitchen Aid Stand mixer!!🥰

My mother had a Kitchen-Aid mixer 40 years ago. She made breads, cakes, and my favorite - cupcakes. Her mixer worked perfect every day. Although we have only had our mixer a couple of months, it seems to have the same quality my mom's had. What happened to my mom's mixer you might ask? My brother has it, still uses it, and won't give it up. So, I finally broke down and bought s new one. I can only hope it last as long.

I bought this a few weeks ago,reluctanly, but so glad I did. I wasn't sure if I would use much because a hand mixer is so convenient, but I DO use it all the time because I leave it on the counter. It gets my mixing done quickly and I can do up large batches at one time. The rebate visa card offered with this purchase made it even a better deal!
