[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my kitchen aid because the arthritis in my wrists and hands made it difficult to use a hand mixer. The kitchen aid does so much more than I expected. I also bought an attachment that slices dices and shreds. Thanks to the kitchen aid I am able to get back in the kitchen and prepare foods that my family enjoys.

I was so wanting this mixer and when it arrived, it was missing the dough hook. The description clearly says that its included in the box with the other bowls, but not there. I checked the whole box and my garage thinking I may have dropped it but nope it's not there. Now, I may have to return it if I dont get the dough hook. What a drag!!

This is the fourth kitchen aid mixer I have bought. One was for my grand daughter and one for my niece. I have, of course, been satisfied with mine or I would not have made the same choice for them. If I were to have a complaint, it would definitely be the housing for the attachments. Mine cracked rendering my attachments useless. But, I am infatuated with the convenience, power and stamina of the mixer, otherwise. Just can't make my own ground beef any longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my stand mixer just before Christmas from Sam's Club. I have never owned one. I am delighted with it. It does a great job with cookies, whipped cream, pie filling, etc. I do find it heavy to pick up but I can manage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just before Christmas, our old faithful stand mixer gave up the ghost (stripped drive gears), while mixing a batch of chocolate cream filling for chocolate filled bon bons. As we had plans for more cookies and candies we were in was shape, until we found this 5 quart stand mixer for an unbelievable price. I was most convinced by the steel gears advertised, I like to make candies, cookies, bread and pizza dough which put quite a strain on a mixer. That and a powerful motor that does not stall under a heavy load. For New Years Eve we gay our family all together and bake individual pizzas, on home made crusts. I made three full batches of whole wheat pizza crusts in this mixer, one right after the other, with no break in between. The dough hook brought the dough together quickly, and kneaded it so well that no hand kneading was required. I look forward to many years of use with this mixer. I am completely satisfied, and would reccommend it to any serious baker.

I love Kitchen aid. But this mixer was the worse. I wanted to upgrade my 20yr old kitchen aid mixer. This mixer sounded like a jet engine at first I said oh it's new it'll get better. Wrong it got worse. I had to return it I just couldn't take the noise. I usually can talk on the phone when using old mixer but not this mixer. I'm so glad I didn't give away my old mixer. Also the Noel is to short my batter was flying out while mixing. It was on a medium speed.

I love my mixer! I received it for Christmas 2017 & the only problem I've had is finding attachments such as the beater & whip replacements. Disappointed that the ones that came with it weren't coated or stainless. I called Kitchen Aid and was informed mine is a 2015 model which explains why I'm having trouble finding attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Kitchenaid Artisan mixer for several years and I decided that I wanted a bowl lift Professional mixer. I passed the Artisan down to my grand-daughter and bought this one when I saw it at my local warehouse club for a great price. So happy I did. I could not be happier.

Love the mixer, it's held up like a champ 5 years! Finally just found a scrapper blade, SideSwipeBlade, that works for this bowl type! We tried so many that wouldn't fit but this one does great! Love this mixer for all it's uses and dependability!
