[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my parents Christmas gift but it was way to heavy for them. Since I did not have one and I had got such a good deal I decided to keep it. I love the mixer, it is heavy duty, but the non tilt head is a little cumbersome. I did go back and buy them a kitchenAid Classic.

However I think I like the tilt one better, maybe I'm not use to this one yet but sure did like my old one. After washing one of the attachments the color tarnished. Ok for the price, gets the job done

I have been in the market to purchase a stand mixer for quite some time now and after shopping around I finally decided to purchase this particular model from Sam's Club. Several of my colleagues told me about this mixer and insisted that I buy it from Sam's Club. Glad that I did! I have not stop using it since I took it out the box.

We were pleasently surprised to see the price of this product. This is a truly professional machine at a "household" price. The brand and product are top of the line. My daughter was looking for a professional quality machine and we will be pleased to present this to her for her birthday. Thank you for carrying this great product. We were surprised to see a not so great rating by one customer but realized after reading their comment that they must not do much cooking or baking. The machine performs wonderfully.

I make a lot of divinity candy and even though my current mixer is a smaller kitchenaide, the bowl is just too small and the motor gets very hot with (30) minutes of constant mixing. This new Kichenaide mixer is wonderfull. The bowl is much bigger and the candy is ready three times faster. I love it.

Was shipped to my door. Set up was easy enough. Put it straight to work mixing masa for tamales. No whine or other bad noises, was pleasantly suprised. Only problem was with the dough hook, it would not fit onto the shaft. Called kitchenaid, and they were sending another one asap. The mixer works beautifully. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, I'd worn out my bright yellow 10 year old Artisan stand mixer. I loved it! So I thought I'd treat myself to a new Professional model. The new mixer does have its advantages, to be sure. I like the fact it has metal gears. And it was a great buy. But it has its cons, too. I don't prefer the lift bowl. It did need adjustment right out of the box. And it has a delay in the start lever and doesn't always turn on right away. Would I buy it again? Probably. Because....KitchenAid.

This is number 2 for me. My last one lasted 35 to 40 years. I like the mixer. Do a lot of canning and it really helps to have something that makes it easer in the kitchen. I like the color also. Hope this one last as long as the other one. I should be about a 100 years old then.

Absolutely love this KitchenAid! I have been waiting a long time to get a nice mixer and when I saw this one on sale at Black Friday I had to get it. Great deal! I love the bowl lift. The only concern I have is that the handle to move the bowl lift doesn't have a knob on it. The box doesn't show a knob in the picture but every other kitchenaid I see that has a bowl lift has a knob on the handle. Otherwise, I am very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to upgrade to this stand mixer, but the bowl pops off while mixing (in the up, locked position and pushed all the way on). The bowl is difficult to put on and take off, and it is louder than my old mixer. The flat beater also has a residue that will turn your hands black, get on and in everything. I expected better.
