[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the professional 5 plus bowl-lift stand mixer with a 5 quart bowl. So far my only 2 compaints are that I cannot locate a flex edge beater for it. All the ones I find say not for use on my model and it is kinda loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The KitchenAid 4.5 QT Stand Mixer is a great asset to my kitchen. I was afraid it would be loud when mixing, this is not so. The mixer is smooth running and is really very quiet. It mixes well and I especially love the "stir" feature for just folding in food items into the mix. Wonderful product!

I will eventually get all the attachments to start eliminating my stand alone appliances to make more counter space.

And it has been the most amazing thing over ever owned I love to back and I bake all the time . I do not know why I waited so long . I also got the cheese grater and soon to embark in making my own pasta etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago and just recently used it to make dozens and dozens and dozens of Christmas Cookies. I have a smaller model that works great too, however, it seemed to strain under the double batched cookie dough mixing. I filled the 5 quart bowl several times with dough and it mixed like a champ. Made my icing whisper soft and fluffy. I love the ease of moving the bowl up and down, even with it full of dough. I did learn that it was best to put on the attachment you want to use first before filling the bowl, otherwise your ingredients may be in the way of properly getting it in the bowl to attach.

I am so glad I finally got one i love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas, and so far so good. I've used it to make different gluten free doughs and have used attachments for pasta and cheese shredding. I only wish I could find a glass bowl for it!
