This stand mixer is easy to operate, easy to clean, and has a very stable stand. The color is prettier in person. Made Lemon Meringue Pie tonight- even the crust. It was a big hit with my whole family. Wow! Thanksgiving and Christmas baking... can't wait to make and cook more goodies...

In the last two months I have learned to use it for so much more than making a cake. I not only make things I can bake but I prepare appetizers, side dishes and even whole dinners. Being quarantined, and cooking at home a lot more than I used to, I find myself using the mixer 3-5 nights a week to make something. I also purchased the cheese grater attachment, which is amazing for shredding cheese or veggies!
