I'd been wanting a mixer for a long time and have always heard that Kitchenaid is top of the line. My grandma has had hers for decades, so I was confident that if I was willing to make the investment, I would be getting a product that lasts. When this mixer went on sale I just couldn't pass it up. I'm so glad I finally got it! It's the perfect size: big enough to make things when you're entertaining friends or feeding a larger family, but with a smaller bowl included that's perfect for mixing small batches. I've been very pleased with all of the accessories that came with the mixer. The spatula is great for cleaning all of the different attachments. It's made preparing dips and baked goods so much faster and easier for me. I wish I'd gotten it sooner!

When I saw the price on this stand mixer, I decided to purchase it as my original KitchenAid had served us faithfully for over 40 years. These appliances are made to last. The bonus is the smaller bowl and the combi-whip. If this one is built as well as the original, it will outlast me! I love the color, too. A beautiful robin's egg blue..looks great, works like a champ!

I have wanted a standing mixer for years, but for some reason I have never treated myself. Well, thank goodness I came to my senses! Not only is it so much easier to whip up some batter or dough, because it is easier I feel more inclined to make more from scratch recipes. Easy to use, easy clean up, and the beautiful Boysenberry color looks great on my counter. Treat yourself today!

I've always wanted one but never could bring myself to pay as much as were. When Sam's Club put them on sale for Black Friday I could not pass it up! Much cheaper than I ever thought I could get it for! The bowl lift is really nice! Makes mixing large batter so easy! It is so powerful and durable. Extremely well made. The only negatives if I had to choose is that it is very heavy and you must take the attachment off in order to remove the bowl from the base. If it's stationary there's no problem but if it requires moving it every time you use it then it could be a problem. I believe it weighs 30 lbs. I chose the chrome (silver) color so that it matches my appliances. It came with plenty of attachments and even had a bonus 3qt bowl with mini whisk. Definitely would recommend this especially at the great deal I snagged it at!

I bought this as a gift to myself after years of wanting one. I'm so glad I did! I love to bake and cook, and I can't wait to start getting ask of the attachments. This is so many kitchen gadgets in one. I have many did allergies so I have to cook a lot of all natural foods and this is literally a lifesaver and will save money on the long run. I bought it at a fantastic price and it seems to be great quality that will last many years.

I've never had a stand mixer before and when I saw the sale price I could not pass it up. It made Christmas cookie baking a real breeze this year. I did purchase the pour shield on line so it will be easier to pour in the ingredients. I love the color and the ease of use and quick cleanup.

This KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus Quart Mixer was purchased as a gift for a family member. They love it! I purchased it because it was a great value with the extra bowl and beater! I own this size KitchenAid Mixer and also a 7 Qt! They work so well I do give them as gifts!

My daughter gave me this mixer for Christmas. I never thought I would appreciate it as much as I do! It is so much faster and easier to use my stand mixer than the old fashioned cheap hand mixer I had before!! I can hardly believe the difference - cakes are so much fluffier now!

Not as quality as they used to be. I have a couple different KitchenAid stand mixers and this thing rattles like it's made out of a Pepsi can. I'm very disappointed as my 5 year old mixer is such a workhorse and just does what it is supposed to but this thing sounds like a easy bake oven level mixer. I'm going to take it back and buy a nice guitar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I have had the smaller, Ultra Power for upwards of 15 years, I work it hard and wanted a back up because I use it several times a week. I bake 4 loaves of bread a week and this new machine will allow me to do this in one batch instead of two. I am very excited with the greater power of this machine. Not an appliance, a machine!!
