My complaint is the high pitch whine, especially on speed 8. It literally hurts my ears. I would have returned it except the price was so good and I needed it.

Broke down after.12 uses. Motor.sounds.like it is breaking apart. Kitchenaid no help. Thank.god sams club values customers. They have offered to replace it for me.

So glad I finally bought one! Makes so many things easier. From cookies and mashed potatoes to shredded chicken and everything in between. Looking forward to adding some attachments as well.

I have wanted one of these for over 20 years, so Merry Christmas from me to me! I got a great deal (one I couldn't refuse haha) and put it to work immediately. It is a dream and I will happily make cookies now.

Once I got pass shipping issues I LOVE this mixer. Everyone needs this in their kitchen. The wide 5qt bowls holds alot and the other attachments are a BIG bonus. I reccomend this product and you won't be disappointed.

The mixer was purchased as a wedding gift for my daughter. She has not received it as yet, She requested one based on my using one and the ease in baking .

My mixer arrived and required adjusting beater arm so that beaters didn't strike the bowl. The range of adjustment wasn't sufficient to do this on my mixer.Sadly, I had to return it.

Not a bad package deal at all. There are some extra attachments included but the best part is that it actually has a 525 watt motor, not the 450w in the description. That makes this pretty close to the Pro 600 in terms of performance

took me some time to get used to the louder noise that this more powerful model makes, but its worth it. I have an older model that seemed to bog down at times mixing dough, etc. this ones handles heavier mixes better.

Love the product, I searched for several months to find a good price and for this unit which has more watts than the others I looked at had the best price. You could get a less expensive machine but you would be trading down on the power.
