This is a outstanding product I bought one for my wife and she loves it and I just bought another for my daughter as a Birthday gift and she loved and what you get for the price can't be beat anywhere by anyone

I have been looking at these for years and finally bought one. I love it!! It is everything I expected it to be and more! I highly recommend getting the higher wattage one (475watts) lots of power and won't bog down when you mix dough.

This was and upgrade for us. Our old 3.5 standing mixer was on the down end. Love it and the two bowls are great. It is worth the money and if this one last as many years as the old one, money was well spent. The black is a nice matte finish.

I have wanted a Kitchen Aid mixer for years! My son and daughter-in-law bought me one for Christmas. I was so excited I cried. This mixer has lived up to my expectations and I am thrilled to own a Kitchen Aid!

I waited a long time to purchase my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. It makes recipes much easier. I wish the attachments were coated rather than the dull finish. Otherwise, it works great.

Ordered because what seemed great pricing, free shipping, high wattage, chrome color, wished to update 20 plus year old KitchenAid. Arrived promptly. When open & trying attachments, they were loose/floppy, dough hook did not have flange on top that keeps dough from "escaping". Did not even try, not up to my expectations of the excellence of KitchenAid

Bought the product on line, and it is my second so we know it is a great product. Came with mail in rebate, but part of the rebate requirement was on the box, which we threw away. Called Kitchen Aid, indeed numerous calls to different people, and they were supremely UNHELPFUL. No UPC code from the box, no rebate period, inspite of all the other receipts etc.

I love my stand mixer so much that I bought this one for a relative for Christmas. There are endless possibilities with all the attachments. The downside is the cost for all the attachments. Another downside for this particular model is that you cannot buy a glass bowl for it. Many of the other models have this capability. I think it has something to do with the lift feature, but a glass bowl is available for the 6 qt lift mixer, but costs a lot more. As far as Sam's goes the shipping was super fast and the price was cheaper than anywhere else.
