I love the KitchenAide mixer! I have "watched" the price for years and this was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I have a lot more mixer for just a little more money and in the color I want!!! I didn't settle for silver, red or black!! Excellent for Christmas cookies and cooking. I can set the mixer to do one job while I get the ingredients ready to add for the next step! The only reason I have 4 stars and not 5, is this model doesn't have a tilt head. Still for the price it is GREAT!

Then add to that the fact that with this beautiful object I can make whipped potatoes, rolls and many other things that show my family house much I love them. Perfection.

It is still going strong but I decided to upgrade to the more powerful one because of all the summer sausage I make. It has not disappointed! I love the new mixer: powering, beautiful and a real work house in the kitchen. I hope this one lasts as long as my other one! Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this, and it is SO AMAZING, it came with two bowls which I origionally thought was unnecassary, but I soon realized how helpful and amaizing this feature was for this mixer. I am so happy that I bought this mixer, best decision of my life!!

I love the mixer and have used it to make bread, cookies, etc. However, I wish I would have gotten the mixer that lifted back instead of the up down feature. I didn't notice that this mixer didn't go back when I purchased it and you couldn't really tell from the picture. Next time I'll be sure to read all the features.

I discovered i had a tumor in my bone. It was decided to not remove the tumor and caused me no longer bake. But now, with my.kitchen aid, it does all the work for me. It combines the ingredients and forms the dough without me having to get my hands into the bowl! You have no idea how helpful it is for someone in my.situation. as a home baker, it means the world.

I can not say how helpful the mixer is! There are so many possible uses. The mixer is of excellent quality and works perfectly for any thing you would want to make. Everything made with the mixer has a different consistency and taste- so much better! Very happy customer! Wish I would have purchased it years ago.

This mixer, however, is like having an extra hand in the kitchen. Made many batches of cookies over the Holidays and butter bread is likely the next project. Solid product that will last.
