This Scorpian stand mixer gives me the opportunity to double and triple my cookie recipes, which is so convenient. It also comes with a smaller bowl and attachments for smaller recipes. Just wonderful.

And it has been the most amazing thing over ever owned I love to back and I bake all the time . I do not know why I waited so long . I also got the cheese grater and soon to embark in making my own pasta etc.

The inverted divet at the bottom of the bowl makes no sense. Nothing mixes. The motor's slow start jolts to the next speed. I will resuscitate my 30-year-old Artisan.

It's a great appliance with an awesome holiday special bundle. Also be careful selecting the attachments for the bowl size you are using. My daughter forgot to switch the bowls and her mix started flying everywhere including the mixer shaking like crazy. This was a bit scary. The only thing I'd change is how mixing bowls lock in. She cut her finger trying to clip them in. The is a major safety flaw or I'd give it a 5 star rating. Other than those things, it is an awesome mixer.

It wasn't as noisy as my previous mixer. I'm so pleased I've now purchased an attachment and accessory. I'm going to use it often because baking is in my blood.

The base cleans just fine. I like how you have various speeds. There should be a cover to attach when you pulse things fast. The product is very loud. I am pleased over all. I wish the price wasn't so crazy high.
