I do find it somewhat difficult putting ingredients in the bowl since this does not have a tilt head. It definitely has more power than my old one. I love the overall look and color of it.

I replaced the grease myself but the mixer was never the same and way out of warranty. Pin for the tilt head would jump every time I used it. This is the first holiday season my boyfriend saw and heard this in action. He couldn't stand they way it sounded when I used it, so he upgraded me to a lift and lower bowl model. In my favorite color. The best Christmas gift ever <3

What most impressed me was the versatility as I made these items in one instance within hours of one another. Another useful mention is the mixer is quiet. You'd expect a big machine to make big noise but that is not the case. I've run the machine and never had a complaint. Another notable benefit is how easy it is to clean. The attachment don't stick to food as I anticipated and the bowls have yet to cause a fuss. I highly recommend and look forward to keeping my kitchen side for my sons and grandsons. Now I just need to find some sons and grandsons

My artisan I have had for 15 years and has had no issues at all. The new one has uneven paint on the sides and the metal strip around the top is not adhering to the mixer, will probably fall off.

My original is a tilt-head and still works great after almost 2 years. However with such a large family, my kids decided to upgrade my kitchen buddy to a larger model for Mother's Day this year. One of my most favorite gifts ever received - it works just as hard as my original, and has a larger bowl!
