So happy with my mixer !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dear boyfriend got this for me on a recent trip to Sam's Club and I couldn't be happier. The chrome coloring is pretty and the mixer is very sleek looking. Performance is top notch, and I love the smaller extra bowl and whisk that was included as they are perfect for smaller jobs. Have used for about a month and no issues, top notch construction and performance!

Perfect for your inner baker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a student in culinary school and received this stand mixer as a gift. This is the exact model that we use at school for creating culinary masterpieces. I love everything about this product and how much better my creations come out because of it.

Great mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a 20 year old kitchen aid mixer my mother-in-law had. It has made countless cookies, pizza crust, yeast rolls and the grinder attachment had shredded lots of chicken for chicken salad and zucchini for bread and countless heads of cabbage for coleslaw. If was very well made

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mixer for my anniversary this past November and have used it frequently. I was excited to get this one because for some reason i thought this one was more sturdier than the artisan since you raised the bowl up and down verses the tilt arm. I prefer the other since this seemed complicated when I have my softened butter in the bowl melted would be better. I used to have the artisan mixer—which I love—and this one falls short compared to the other. I constantly have to scrape the sides of the bowl and the speed somehow seems even slower than the artisan mixer that I had. Using the whisk is worse than the paddle. When I was taking the bowl from the unit you have to also loosen the beater first or dough is everywhere. I have used the dough hook for a noodle dough but nothing else since I normally do that by hand for bread making all the time. Now mine came with a smaller bowl and whisk which works a whole lot better than the large bowl with whisk. Wish this came with a bowl guard to help with splatters. When using my attachments I have had no problems with them connecting and working. It also came with a spatula with a split which I don't care much for. Ended up using the one I use all the time.

Great help in kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, if you are man in the kitchen, you do need a little help . With mixing, grinding, shredding and KitchenAid appliance do provide that help. The power of motor is adequate. The capacity of the bowl is more than two people family need. Variety of attachments will permit you to do a multiple tasks with just one appliance. So, reliability, power, capacity, you can't go wrong with that mixer.

Wonderful kitchen essential, even in small space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift a few months ago. I have been really struggling with a small kitchen in my apartment and finding tools that provide the most value for the space they take up in the apartment. I was planning on getting a few appliances that would serve similar purposes (hand mixers, bowls, etc.) but this is great. I even use the bowls independent of the mixer when I have something else I need to do. It is large but has a lot of functionality packed into the size.

Love my stand mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a birthday present in December and I'm in love with it. I make quite a lot of sourdough and this really streamlines my baking process. It also lets me make other baked goods that I've been put off by in the past by how labor intensive they appear. Only minor downside is my girlfriend thinks the motor runs a little loud, and it can be a little finicky putting the attachments on, but those are very minor things. Would absolutely recommend.

Great Bakers Helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted a good quality mixer and this is definitely the one. I have an older non-KitchenAid mixer that just never met my expectations. This mixer, however, is like having an extra hand in the kitchen. Made many batches of cookies over the Holidays and butter bread is likely the next project. Solid product that will last.

Why did I wait 68 years?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thinking back my hand mixer did the job when I was still working. But now that I retired and have the time, energy and patience to bake weekly and cook daily in was not doing the job for me. My homemade bread will never be the same!

Still on the fence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Artisan Tilt mixer that a gave to my sister and got this Professional mixer. I thought I would like it better but I am still unsure. The tilt head feature on the Artisan is way easier to use than the up & down of the Professional which makes it hard to get the mixing attachments on and off. Plus the bowl is h ard to attach. I was pleased at how well it mixed my cookie dough. I will keep using to get used to it and maybe I will like it more. I am hoping they have a shield I can purchase for the bowl which will help as well.
