[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a gift. Had I bought the mixer, I would have preferred the tilt head type. I also was disappointed to find when I wanted to purchase a flex-edge attachment for the Professional 5 Plus I had to have a long chat online with your representative to locate the correct attachment. When the rep finally gave me the # for that attachment, many of the reviews complained of chipping off of surface of the attachment so I hesitate buying one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a kitchenaid mixer for over 20 years and I wouldn't buy ant other brand. It is heavy duty enough for needs. I love that I have 2 bowl sizes and so many beaters for whatever my cooking project is. I love the aqua blue color I got... it's a little more on the blue side... I think... but I still love it! Great value for the product. Awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a bit of a rough start with this; it shipped with the wire whisk attached to the beater shaft, and I couldn't get the wire whisk off no matter how hard I pushed and pulled. I was very frustrated and nearly returned it. Luckily my son-in-law was able to remove it for me with the help of some WD-40. I was glad I watched videos on how to remove the bowl from the lift arms; that would have been very frustrating as well. Once I was able to use it I really liked it, and I prefer it to my daughter's tilt-head KitchenAid stand mixer.

I bought and used my new KitchenAid in preparation for Christmas and New Years goodies and meals and it lived up to my expectations and made for an enjoyable experience. Everything is great about it I do find it a little awkward getting the bowl off the mixer. Maybe with time it will go smoother. Don't know if the cup to add ingredients was included but didn't find one in package. Like the quiet running motor.
