[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the attachment and am very happy with it. It works very well on harder veggies. Only issue comes with soft core veggies like large seeded cucumbers. The holders are inserted into the core area and that material is not strong enough, so for large cukes maybe not the best choice, but zucchini, potatoes and other veggies, works great. Blades are good and sharp.

All KitchenAid products are great and easy to use, but I had never used anything like this before. I have never even made homemade pasta. I looked up a recipe online for sweet potato wraps. They were awesome! This was so user friendly, it didn't take any time to whip these up. The best thing is, it will encourage me to cook and eat healthier. Well made and easy to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the veggie sheet cutter for zucchini. Setting up was easier than I thought and it worked quickly. I enjoyed the easy clean up and the box is perfect for storage too. I used the thin slicer and it worked really well. I cooked the zucchini sheets in the microwave with S&P, garlic and butter. Turned out awesome. I need to get the ingredients for a lasagna because I can tell it will be yummy! Glad I got it and sure I’ll use it weekly. I do wish a cookbook and more suggestions we're included. I need to try some other veggies.

I try to be gluten-free so I use this to make zucchini lasagna. Also made some really good riceless sushi with cucumbers from my garden. Crazy to think I used to manually prepare these dishes! Also, mini plug to go vegan! Some people hate on me for it, but I don't carrot at all! ;)

The instructions were easy to follow and only took a few minutes to master!! It will make it so much easier to make flowers out of zucchini for decorations!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been adding to my mixer attachments and have made some wonderful recipes using the vegetable sheet cutter. We've enjoyed healthy versions of non noodle lasagna, using either butternut squash or zuccihi in place of the carb filled pasta. I've also cut sheets of potatoes for a delicious baked potato recipe and apples for a lovely dessert using the attachment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been eating SOOOO many more veggies since I bought the KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter. It's only been a week but the journey has only begun and the possibilities are almost endless. We adore wraps but don't want the extra carbs. Enter the lovely long sheets of "veg" that have taken wraps to a whole new level. Even sweet potato, cut and brushed with EVO and thrown on the grill pan for a quick sear/heat/soften makes the best wrap imaginable. Take that burger, a bit of cheese, fresh sweet pea shoots and hummus and wrap it up in the sweet potato wrapper and you'll gladly give up that carb heavy bun! Zoodles (Zucchini noodles) with pesto and toasted walnuts came out perfectly. How about a unique take on breakfast with delicate sheets of Granny Smith apples stuffed with rolled oats, pecans, craisins and honey then baked in the oven and topped with Greek yoghurt? The only difficulty I've had is with butternut squash but I've read many other reviews that suggest this is one of the toughest ones to manage due to the hollow seed-filled core. Despite the challenge, I used just the top solid part of the squash and made an incredible butternut squash lasagne filled with coasrely chopped oyster mushrooms in a mornay sauce and finished with fried sage leaves and fresh Grana Padano...can I honestly say it was more satisfying than my homemade lasagne noodles? Yes! This is a game changer and I'm looking forward to playing and creating countless other beautiful and flavorful recipes with the new attachment.

This KitchenAid Vegetable Sheet Cutter attachment is incredible!! I like to make zucchini lasagna, but in the past, my zucchini is way too thick because Ive been cutting it by hand. With this vegetable sheet cutter, I can cut my zucchini into long, thin slices for my lasagna. It fits so many vegetables that now I can start experimenting with my recipes! The sheet cutter is great for any recipe that calls for long, flat cuts. You can use it for vegetable lasagna, burritos, or anything you want. It's great to help prepare ingredients in a quick and efficient way. It's very consistent with how it cuts vegetables, which is awesome for entertaining guests. Would recommend!
