This 3.5 cup KitchenAid Food Chopper is super easy to use, I love that the power button is on the handle so it can also be used as a pulse button by just lifting or pressing down my thumb. This is genius for people with limited hand mobility(arthritis,ect.). This make chopper makes chopping and also purées so effortless. Wonderful for us busy women who love to cook healthy meals but are always on limited schedules. I love this KitchenAid Chopper and highly recommend.

Therefore, I want the process of cooking to be as quick and easy as humanly possible. The kitchenaid food chopper makes preparing meals so much faster! It is able to chop, mix and even puree with ease. Since using the chopper, I have been able to save money by making some of my favorite foods instead of buying them at the store. Hummus is so easy to make with the kitchenaide and it tastes so much fresher. I also like that the chopper is light weight and compact, so it takes up very little space in my kitchen. It is easy to clean, and I don't have to wash a ton of knives and cutting boards when I use it which is a huge plus. I would highly recommend the KitchenAid chopper to my family and friends. It works great, easy to use and it is extremely versatile

The most difficult part about using it was figuring out how to open it in the first place, but once we figured that out, it was effortless. The button must be held down to blend, but it's very satisfying to push and takes no effort at all to hold down. Even cleanup is easy as the bowl, top, and blades are all top-rack dishwasher-safe. The whole thing is very Kitchen-aid streamlined, with one switch to toggle "puree" and "chop" and that's it, super minimalistic and not busy. The instructions say to cut anything that's not liquid or a banana into 1 inch cubes, which to me seems to limit the convenience of this chopper, but while chunks need to be physically small enough to fit inside, we had no problem getting a good blend (occasional chunks from food that got stuck too high on the sides) with larger initial pieces. We are a two-person household, and the capacity is perfect for most small dishes and didn't feel cramped or limiting. Obviously this chopper isn't meant for bulk prep, but it's convenient enough to be used for run of the mill sides on a daily basis.

I followed the directions and easily removed the bowl and put it back together without any problem. I don't understand why others could not do the same. I chopped onions, made chicken salad, made salsa, and many other toppings in a few seconds.

It's made life extremely easy to chop (shorter use) or finely chop for a soup (longer use). The safety feature is one of my favorites as you can't open up the top without it being fully off to make sure that a) there's no mess & b) you cant get injured. Highly recommend

I found I was only using it to grind up spices, then ventured on to using it for vegetables and even meat! Easy to use to make nice salad dressing! Clean up is a breeze and storing it is simple and doesn't take up a lot of room! Cord wraps around the bottom for efficient storage. Getting the lid locked in place was a bit tricky the first couple times, but once you get the hang of it, it pops right on!

The product is easy to assemble for use and simple to disassemble for cleaning. It operates smoothly and effectively whether chopping veggies, nuts, making sauces, dressings or most anything else you feel like whipping up on a whim. The motor is strong enough to make quick work of hard nuts for a homemade granola in the morning, and gentle enough to create a special salad dressing in the evening. A drizzle bowl allows the user to add oil or liquids to the contents while mixing-this is a great feature. Need to process crackers or breadcrumbs? This is the right tool for the job. There are so many uses for this chopper, and it's the right size if you don't have endless cupboard space. Another good, solid value from KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen Aid makes great stuff, and this food chopper is no exception. I have it on my counter next to my Kitchen Aid mixer. It is durable and easy to use. I mostly use it with veggies and some of my baking. Cleanup is straight forward, as is the speed controls. Great addition to any kitchen and sure to last through the years.
